Report Your Audit Results

Once you return from a trade show it is important to measure the show's success. This information can be used to report to management the show's effectiveness and to improve exhibit performance for future shows. When creating your report, be sure it includes the following elements.

1. Report how well you achieved your objectives:

  • Return on objectives set
  • Return on investment (ROI)

2. Rate your exhibit elements.

  • How effectively did the company utilize this trade show opportunity to accomplish your goals and objectives?
  • How did the audience respond?

  • 3. Overall show observations.

  • Provide a brief show overview and competitive observations.
  • Describe audience, outline trends, and record traffic patterns.

  • 4. Analyze survey results - attendee and exhibit staffers.

  • How well did you accomplish the attendees' goals and objectives?
  • Do you understand your exhibit staffers' results?

  • 5. Rate your leads - quantity versus quality.

Once this report is complete you will be able to share your vision with your company and elevate your performance to the next level.
